The curry, redux
Despite having plenty of opportunities today to select another recipe, I came down with a case of the lazies and decided to make the thai green curry again. I assumed that I had all of the ingredients, but I was shocked to discover that I'd eaten every last jumbo prawn from the freezer. I spent a few frantic minutes pawing for them like a bottle of liqueur under a xmas tree (no, I'm serious), but no joy. So I just ended up adding more scallops and mussels. Crisis averted. I'll have to pick up more of those prawns, though -- they've become a pantry staple for me.
